I found the Radian plugs to be a great product. Easy to follow instructions, and once the plugs set, the fit has been great. I wear them in a noisy environment indoors, and have muffs over the top. Very happy with this product.

So far they're great. Mixing and moulding was easy. The fit is excellent. Noise reduction excellent. I use them for sleeping and they don't fall out. I can't speak for longevity as I've only just got them, but they are at least as good as the previous custom fit set I had made up by and audiologist - but are a fraction of the price.

As a long distance open water swimmer, these have done the job very well and after checking the options available i believe i found the best option at a decent price. Doing it again i would not try to squeese the material too hard packed into my ear. As long as the outer ear is sealed well the inner ear is protected.
