As of February 2024 all orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand! Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

Orders to Australia should be placed on www.earjobs.com.au

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping costs on orders valued under $90 depend on shipping method selected at checkout. 

You can pay using Paypal, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Wholesale orders can be paid by EFT on request.

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 10.30 am to 6.30 pm. 

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 14 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and less the shipping charge, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense. For defective products, please contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement or repairs. See the internal documentation for your product for warranty information.

For items initially sold with free shipping, refunds will be reduced by our actual cost of shipping the original order or $5.00, whichever is greater.
Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

The privacy of all Earjobs customers is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this simple Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how Earjobs collects, uses, communicates, discloses and makes use of personal information.

2. Use Of Cookies

Earjobs uses targeted advertising services in order to provide ads which are more relevant to you. For example, if you visit our website and look at electronic ear muffs, you may later see ads from us about these products. This is achieved through the use of cookies from third party services (such as AdRoll) which are placed on your browser while browsing our site.

4. Opting Out Of Targeted Advertising

There are various ways to opt out of receiving targeted advertising, the primary ones supported by our targeted advertising service are as follows:

1. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads served by us or on our behalf by clicking on the blue icon that typically appears in the corner of the ads we serve or by clicking here. Please note that, if you delete your cookies or upgrade your browser after having opted out, you will need to opt out again. If you opt-out we may collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention) but it won't be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you.
2. While we may link multiple browsers or devices to you, if you opt out on a device or browser we will not use data collected after you opted out on that device or browser for targeted advertising purposes. Therefore, if you use multiple browsers or devices you will need to execute this opt out on each browser or device.
3. AdRoll is also a member of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and adheres to the NAI Codes of Conduct. You may use the NAI opt out tool here, which will allow you to opt out of seeing targeted ads from us and from other NAI approved member companies.
4. We also comply with the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising as managed by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
