Can't recommend these earplugs enough for light sleepers with smaller ear canals! Sleep was a daily battle for me as I need complete silence to fall and stay asleep. I use these combined with the Dream Girl Sleep mask and now I can sleep through the whole night without any disruptions, even when my husband startes snoring. I was a bit worried my alarm wouldn't wake me but I just have it on vibrate and extra loud so no problems there.

These earplugs are smaller than some and fit my ears comfortably. They are soft and block noise effectively, when trying to sleep. I like the way they are packaged - contained in an airtight container that is easy to open and close and keeps the plugs in good condition. They have much less packaging than another type I bought, where each pair was enclosed in plastic. Definitely recommend these.
