As of March 2024, orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post.

Orders to Australia orders can be made from our Australian store.

Other international orders take up to 15 days depending on location.

We ship Monday to Thursday from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

Definitely compatible
Pleasantly surprised at the comfort of these compared to the original Quieton ones. In terms of size, I went from Small in the original to small in these compatible ones. They are the same diameter but not quite as deep. More comfortable for my ears. Not sure how long these ones will last, but maybe not as long as they’re softer. Considering they are cheaper, that doesn’t bother me.

Poor value
Look and feel quite cheap. You can pick up similar tips for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Not as good as the original Quieton ones in my opinion.
